Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and CodeFather L.L.C-FZ ("Digital Cinema", "we") for using the Digital Cinema website and apps. By creating an account or watching, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to that email or phone safe; anyone who can read your codes can use your account.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account and pay. Younger viewers can watch through a Kids profile set up by an adult account holder.
- Give accurate details and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
2. Plans and billing
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Standard, Premium, Family) and VIP are monthly subscriptions in UAE dirhams (AED), shown with their price before you pay.
- On the website, payments are handled by Stripe. In the apps, they go through the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plans in the app (on the web this opens the Stripe billing page; in the apps, your store's subscription settings). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices can change. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
- Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable for partly used periods. If something went wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
3. Coins, unlocks and event tickets
- Coins are a digital balance for unlocking episodes and buying tickets inside Digital Cinema. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not refundable once used.
- Free coins from daily check-ins or promotions may have their own rules and can be withdrawn if obtained by abuse.
- An event ticket gives your account access to that event's live stream and any replay we announce. If we cancel an event, we refund the ticket.
4. Watching
- Everything on Digital Cinema is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not copy, record, re-stream, resell or publicly show it.
- Downloads are for offline viewing in our apps and expire under the rules shown in the app.
- What is available can differ by country and can change as licences start and end.
- The number of screens and the video quality depend on your plan.
5. Fair use
Do not try to get around payments, region rules or copy protection; do not share your account outside your plan's limits; do not upload or post anything unlawful, hateful or that you have no right to share (for example in watch parties, chat or creator pages); and do not disrupt or scrape the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Creators
If you publish on Digital Cinema as a creator, you keep ownership of your work and give us the licence needed to host, show and promote it on Digital Cinema. Separate creator terms cover payouts.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Cancel any paid subscription first. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Digital Cinema running well, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE handle any dispute that we cannot settle together first.
